We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative (BDM) in the Los Angeles area.
This Sales Professional Can Expect
- Consistent double-digit company organic growth
- Over 50% of sales team exceeded quota in 2021, with several over 200%
- Uncapped income potential
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $80K-$85k + Aggressive commission plan.
- Expected 1st Year Earnings $100k - $120k
- Company car, gas card, cell phone, and laptop provided.
- Medical and dental insurance.
- 15 days of PTO
- Generous marketing budget including events, golf tournaments, and social outings
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1 year of outside, B2B sales.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prospecting, presentation, and selling skills
- Experience calling on the commercial real estate industry a plus
- Hunter mentality
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM
