ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Outside Sales Service Professional will be located and working out of the local branch where hired. The Outside Sales Service, Professional will report to the Region Manager located within their Region where hired. The Outside Sales Service Professional will be responsible for performing a World Class Service to a minimum of five current Greenix customers per day. The Outside Sales Service Professional will be responsible for doing a thorough inspection on the existing customers property and educate them on additional services Greenix offers to protect their investment. This role is primarily a residential door to door sales role.

The Outside Sales Service will also be responsible for clover leafing and cold calling non existing Greenix customers. The Outside Sales Service Professional will be responsible for knocking a minimum of (50+) residential doors a day between servicing existing customers to grow a new customer base. On target the annual starting salary will range from $60,000 to $90,000 (includes base salary + commission + bonuses). The Outside Sales Service Professional will be paid a base rate of $31,200 base salary and will also receive commissions and a quarterly bonus for new subscriptions sold that meet the company standards.

THE OUTSIDE SALES SERVICE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Meet a minimum quota of 7 new or add on sales per week.
  • Demonstrate 5+ services on a daily basis
  • Be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Attend Monday morning branch meetings
  • Attend a daily in-person Zoom meeting/training to go over goals and previous day activity.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships with people in the operations, management, and themarketing departments.
  • Commute daily to designated areas that will be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Degree/GED or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of sales or service experience preferred
  • Able to navigate and use a cellular device to read customer information and route scheduling
  • Current Driver’s License and clean driving record (must qualify for company insurance and meet company
  • driving standards)
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Proven experience developing and managing client pipelines
