Job Overview

The Packaging Assocaiate / eCommerce Clerk is responsible for preparing, shipping and packaging orders from all online customer accounts efficiently and accurately

Reponsibilities

1. Receives direction from the Online Order Processor Lead and Logistics Manager

2. Communicates any issues at hand with the Online Order Processor

3. Receives orders and packages them accurately

4. Pulls, prepares, packs and ships product according to customer specifications and deadlines

5. Uses forklift and pallet jack safely and according to company procedures

6. Processes and tracks returns as needed

7. Completes inventory and cycle counts as needed

8. Orders supplies and re-stocks shelves as needed

9. Communicates with the corporate office as needed

10. Assists in production, samples, or other various departments when work duties are complete

11. Computer knowledge of pertinent software and equipment such as, UPS Worldship, Microsoft Navision, printers/scanners, etc.

12. Maintains work area in a clean, safe and orderly fashion

13. Improves self in any way possible to enhance job performance

14. Promotes the Company, its Mission, Values, programs and achievements to the public and other employees

15. Identifies organizational problems and opportunities for improvement and brings solutions and suggestions to management’s attention

16. Functions as a team member by assisting, supporting, and encouraging other employees in any way possible

17. Performs related work as required, willingly and eagerly

18. Treats all co-workers with dignity and respect

Qualifications

Education: High School

Job-Related Experience: 6 Months
