- 2+ years experience in paid media marketing or as a digital media manager
- Proven ability to manage, optimize, and create impactful multi-channel campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and improve conversion rates
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Meta Manager, OTT, CNT, YouTube and other digital marketing platforms.
- Previous experience in leveraging digital paid media to achieve overall marketing objectives and goals
