THE OPPORTUNITY

The Paraplanner / Financial Planner career path is for individuals who are eager to learn and grow their knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management with a goal of becoming a Financial Planner. For the ideal candidate with proven skills and experience including a college degree and progress towards certification, this position can quickly lead to a Financial Planner position within our expanding firm.

CONTRIBUTIONS YOU WILL MAKE

Embrace a Case Manager mindset. Proactively identify issues and opportunities for clients and the planner/planning team and respond to service requests.

Leverage your high attention to detail, prepare paper and e-forms to open and service investment accounts.

Maintain and analyze up to date, accurate data in our leading-edge financial planning and investment management platforms.

Create and analyze impactful financial planning and investment management reports for Planners and planning team to present to clients.

Participate in client meetings, presenting reports and documenting advice that is provided.

Bring your best ideas and experience to constantly improve our processes, enhance client experience, and make everyones job more rewarding.
The selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
