Activities Assistant Responsibilities:
- Planning and assisting with activities for the facilities residents.
- Answers telephone calls and transfers caller to the appropriate party.
- Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
- Assists the Business Office manager as needed.
- Assists with copying, faxing, and filing when necessary.
- Perform other duties as required.
Activities Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 months to a year of relevant experience or training.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks or work collectively with a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: One location
