We currently have a part-time Clerical Admin position available with QuickBooks Desktop experience for a landscape company.

This is a part-time, in-office position Mon, Wed, and Fri. This position requires a high degree of respect for confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks Desktop REQUIRED.

Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS.

Pivotal Duties

  • Payroll
  • Insurance
  • Department Admin Responsibilities
  • HR State & Federal Laws
  • Onboarding & Employee Interaction
  • Filing and Organization

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Payroll recording, tracking, processing, and reports.
  • Background checks and drug testing.
  • New employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee files & assist with employee relations.
  • Develop and oversee company and employee policies & procedures.
  • Track required employee training and education hours.
  • Review and maintain liability, workman's comp, vehicle & employee insurance policies.
  • File accident reports.

This position requires high degree of respect for confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks Desktop REQUIRED.

Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS.

Requirements:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
  • English Spanish bilingual a PLUS.
  • Experience in payroll or accounting.
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized.
