Part Time Domestic Violence Advocate Job at Auglaize County Crisis Center
The Auglaize County Crisis Center Inc. seeks an individual for a part time position to deal effectively and confidentially in the field of domestic violence. This position is part time with floating hours for weekday and weekends. Two year degree in human services or related field is preferable. Qualifications include, ability to relate to all socioeconomic levels within the community, ability to build client rapport and provide situational support for clients, ability to keep confidential all information regarding individuals served through this agency and the location of the facility confidential. Responsibilities include, monitor activities of residents, answer telephone, convey messages with accuracy, perform residential task checks, provide active support to residents, complete logs, progress reports and all appropriate documentation, adhere to established policies, fill holiday, weekend, and nighttime hours when needed. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
