Part-time Driver (Health & Human Services) Job at Gwinnett County

Gwinnett County Health and Human Services administers programs, manages senior centers and senior services programs (home delivered meals, transportation, homemaker services, information and assistance, and case management), a community center, and two "One-Stop" centers that provide space to bring a variety of community programs and agencies.
This class is responsible for packing, loading and delivering meals to homes and congregate meal sites. This position is located at the Gwinnett Senior Service Center.
This job is a safety sensitive position that will require a pre-employment drug test and subsequent random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Gwinnett County Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace.
This position requires fingerprinting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid driver's license from state of Georgia
- One year's experience in driving a box truck (CDL not required) preferred
- Must be able to pass fingerprint & background check
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- This job entails fiduciary responsibility and will require a credit check.
