Part-Time Non-Certified Tutor (Writing)
Duties:
- (Primary) Tutor students.
- (Secondary) Back-Up for Office Assistants - Greet students, log students in and out, check in and out resources, light cleaning, test administration, answer phones, be able to lift 50 pounds.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have completed ENGL 1301 and ENGL 1302 with a B or higher.
- Must include in your application 2 recommendation letters (at least one from an English teacher), as well as a writing sample.
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 and a 3.5 in the subject area to be considered for employment. A “B” average in the subject(s) you wish to tutor is required.
