The Part-Time Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the property management team. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with the possibility of a future full-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing and organizing files and documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with preparing reports and presentations
  • Providing general office support, including ordering supplies and equipment
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
