What is the opportunity?
We are looking for a socially confident Retail Associate. This position reports to the Center Director and will act as the ‘face of Fountain Life.’ This vital role involves overdelivering at every member touchpoint, while making the process feel incredibly intuitive, educational, and empowering.

What will you do?
The Retail Associate must be able to ‘surprise & delight’ every client they encounter as they assist with purchasing decisions, process point of sale (POS) transactions, and maintain a clean and visually appealing sales area. The associate's responsibilities include but not limited to:
Retail Associate Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and assisting them with scheduled, tours
Providing clients with detailed product information and recommendations
Advising clients about membership and program benefits
Totaling purchases and processing check and/or credit card payments
Maintaining a clean and organized standards for optional cleanliness
Assisting with stock management
Arranging merchandise on shelves and displays.
Other duties as assigned by Center Director

To be successful as a Retail Associate you should offer an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with clients with actively participating in a building a positive teamwork environment. Top candidates will have the ability to project, confident kindness and connect with clients, while inspiring them to reach their highest potential through various Center optimization options.
Must-Have’s:
Available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays
Availability to work flexible shifts
Computer literate, basic math skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills
A reliable self-starter with the ability to multitask successfully
Capacity to maintain a calm and enthusiastic demeanor
Have a passion for health, wellness, and self-improvement
A compassionate communicator who’s aligned with Fountain Life’s vision
Nice-to-Have’s:
Previous retail experience is beneficial.
Prior Experience working in a Medical Clinic environment
First Aid/CPR certification
Experience in Square Payment Solutions
