Parts and Service Advisor Job at Arthur's Automotive
- Support The Service Writer by Writing Estimates, Calling Customers and Helping Customers and Ordering/managing Parts.
- Dispatch Work to Technicians
- Be in Constant Communication with Writer and Customer and Tech.
- Use White Board and Tech Board to Keep Up with Shop Flow
- Use Parts Rack/bin System to Stay Organized
- Keep Office and Lobby organized, cleaned and stocked
- Prioritize Vehicles In the Shop Before Closing for Morning Start
- Monitor Inventory and shop supplies and maintain without shortages
- Order Parts, and negotiate the best price and Still Good quality Part from Vendor after Sale closes
- Keep Return Log of All Parts to Returned
- Daily Scans and Filing Receipts and Finished Ros,
- Communicate Timelines for parts to the Techs as needed, and to writer or customer as needed
- Shuttle Customers Sometimes as Needed
