Toyota of Watertown, a family owned and operated Toyota dealership, is seeking a Parts Counter Personnel to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to

· Communicate with customers on parts status

· Sense of urgency regarding back ordered parts and cross shipped parts

· Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Be able to read and understand the parts EPC when looking up parts

· Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

· Use web-based quoting tools to help sell OEM parts

· Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers

· Pulls and fills orders

· Orders out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention

· Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits emergency orders if needed

· Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on a service repair order

· Receives payment from customers and manages the account receivables

· Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Qualifications:

· Must have experience with automotive parts.

· Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

· Ability to work well in a process driven environment.

· Detail oriented and organized.

· Must be capable to lift 40 pounds

· Excellent communication skills.

· Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

· Available to work flexible hours in fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Able to pass a background and drug screening.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAY-SATURDAY
