is looking for an additional Parts Counterperson to help support our
GROWING team and provide customers and technicians with needed parts in a timely manner!. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace, where we have
LEADERS not bosses. Our current team is over run as we have grown exponentially over the last 3 years! - No experience needed - We will
COMPLETELY train the right person.
$3,000 to $6,000 per month depending on performance!

Responsibilities
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status

Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers

Verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate

Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock

Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention

Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit orders, if necessary

Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
Qualifications
- Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment

Strong interpersonal and personal skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
