Atzenhoffer's Velocity Powersports is the premier motorcycle and ATV dealer and repair facility in the Crossroads area. We are currently looking for a Parts Sales Specialist that can take our Parts Department to the next level!

The Parts Sales Specialist provides value to the dealership by delivering quality customer service to our internal and external customers. This position directly affects the customer experience through the quality of his or her work.

Customer Service

• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• Create and strengthen relationships with customers by creating a customer-centric experience.
• Assist all customers in need, regardless of department (sales, service, or parts).
• Maintain a tidy workspace.
• Inform management of customer service opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provides customer service and expertise in parts to customers and other departments in person – at the register and over the phone; organizes and operates parts inventory using Lightspeed EVO.
• Prepares orders from several vendors, keeps track of invoices, price changes, and warehouse inventories.
• Receives incoming parts and divides orders into categories by end-user.
• Looks up and upsells recommended parts to customers.
• Maintains accurate accounts of parts movement to special orders, repair orders, customers, or inventory.
• Guides customers to find the parts required.
• Regularly communicates with vendors about parts availability.
• Returns accidental shipments, parts orders, and defects.
• Maintains professionalism with other associates, departments, vendors, and customers.
• Answers returns questions by referring to dealer return policy.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential

Qualifications

• Must be a team player!
• Must have a proven attendance record.
• Two years' experience as a Parts Sales Associate, or similar experience.
• Is knowledgeable of two and four stroke engine operation, functionality, and components.
• Must be able to operate computer and effectively use a parts catalog.
• Must have a clean MVR.
• Is familiar with general powersports products and vehicles.
• Can demonstrate good ability to learn and operate new computer systems.
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures, as defined by management.
• Able to effectively multi-task several job functions at once.

Working Conditions
Shop environment that may require kneeling, bending, climbing, twisting, and lifting heavy objects.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
May be required to work more than 40 hours.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, pull, or push at least 50 pounds.
Routinely kneel-down and bend-over powersports vehicles.
Ability to safely operate powersports vehicles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
