Job Requirements:
- Ability to offer strong customer service skills in a friendly and efficient manner

- Strong and accurate typing ability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- HS Diploma/GED
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone lines regarding medical insurance questions and/or other concerns
- Ability to document details of phone call in the system
- Contacting insurance companies/medical providers to provide accurate information
