We are a well-established dental office located in Dunwoody, GA looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator.

We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator who is friendly, outgoing, and highly organized. The candidate must be able to multi-task: verify insurance, handle patient's account, send statements, have effective customer service skills and be a great communicator. The candidate would also be interested in promoting patients’ oral health and is adamant about providing a seamless positive experience within the practice.

Specific Patient Care Coordinator Roles:
Responsible for filling insurance claims, verifying insurance before appointments, scanning supporting documentation, submitting appeals for denied claims, follow-up with outstanding insurance, collecting overdue balances, sending statements, depositing insurance checks and help out the patient care coordinator when they need front desk assistance.

Qualifications:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Minimum of 1 year of experience with DENTAL front office. Experience in filing dental insurance claims and billing. Strong interpersonal skills Experience preparing and presenting treatment plans and financial option plans for patients

Detail oriented: Provide accurate data entry. Follow Instructions and document well. Friendly, upbeat/positive demeanor with patients and the dental office team members Exceptional customer service skills with ability to multi-task.
