We are a busy, small OBGYN practice located in Dunwoody, GA looking for an energetic multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills. The perfect Care Coordinator will have the following skills:

• Superior Customer Service skills

• Speak Spanish or Hindi fluently
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volume with multiple phone lines
• Patient Centered
• Efficient and multi-tasker
• Ability to answer multiple phone lines
• Ability to verify insurance, interpret benefits, and explain the benefits to patients
• Knowledge of common medical conditions and medications
• Able to recognize emergencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret an "Explanation of Benefits" and explain to patients
• Collecting patient payments
• Friendly, Helpful disposition/demeanor

In addition to the above, applicant is expected to be a team player that is interested in establishing a life-long career.

Job responsibilities:

• Scheduling
• Answering phones and return patient messages
• Check-in and Check-out
• Explaining patient balance and collecting payments
• Complete forms and write patient letters
• Request and transfer medical records

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a doctor’s office/private practice setting
• Consistent work experience is a bonus

Education:

· High School Diploma

• Medical Assistant Certificate is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
