As a Patient Care Operations Coordinator for Christiana Care HomeHealth you will be responsible for patient scheduling, after triage, and for information flow within HomeHealth. The successful candidate will work full time hours, 8 hours a day between 7am and 5:30pm; rotating weekends and holidays while responsible for:

  • Assisting supervisor with monitoring staffing levels
  • Providing continuity of service
  • Auditing reports
  • Maintaining tracking systems for referrals

Requirements:

  • Scheduling and HomeHealth experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
