Patient Care Partners play a vital role in our patient experience at Guthrie. As a Patient Care Partner, you will work directly with patients and their families. This role allows you to make a difference in individual lives in a positive and meaningful way.

A patient care partner is responsible for:
- Patients personal hygiene
- Room preparation
- Patient documentation
- Empty bedpans
- Catheter bags/drains/specimen collection
- Nutritional needs
- Make beds
- Obtain vital signs
- Observe patients status
- Report health concerns
- Answer call bells
- Turn patients
Position Summary
Employee works with other members of the patient care team to deliver care to specific patient populations. The employee will maintain competency for population specific groups with consideration of physical, communication, safety, nutrition, and psychosocial needs.

High School Grad or Equivalent
