Embryo Options, A Cooper Company, is a growing business that works with IVF centers and its patients to assist with cryo-billing and the disposition management of embryos, eggs, and sperm. The Embryo Options applications are being used by over 80,000 patients throughout the nation. We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to be the voice of Embryo Options, fielding real-time calls and emails from patients and clinics.

You Will:

• Make outbound calls to patients to assist them with paying their cryopreservation fees online through the secure Embryo Options patient portal
• Take inbound calls from patients to assist with billing questions and technical support
• Take inbound calls from providers using the Embryo Options program to assist them with understanding how certain functions of the program work

You Have:

• Familiar with HIPPA regulations
• Medical administrative or billing experience
• Fertility industry work experience
• Bilingual (Mandarin/Spanish )
• Experience communicating with customers, and conducting follow-up actions where needed to resolve problems
