Position: Patient / Customer Care Representative

Pay range: Starting at $16.00/hour

Reports to: Director of Finance

Shifts: Full Time, 11 hour shifts, on-site

What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for answering incoming patient calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting in the delivery of information. This position requires excellent communication, customer service and critical thinking skills. This position will be located in our administrative offices. Weekend and open availability preferred.

● Responsible for greeting visitors in a professional manner while performing various clerical duties related to patient intake, insurance eligibility, patient payments and medical records.

● Answering calls and directing the patients appropriately.

● Scheduling patients who are requesting visits at one of our 13 clinic locations.

● Performing various clerical duties related to patient registration, insurance eligibility, patient payments and medical records.

● Coordinating the delivery of results via text message, patient portal, or phone call depending on the required work flow.

● Complete document upload into patients chart as needed Participates in required city, state, and regulatory training and meetings as assigned by the employer.

● Serves and protects the practice by adhering to professional standards; facility policies and procedures; and federal, state, and local requirements.

● Ability to commute: Brighton, CO 80601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education/Experience:

● High school education or equivalent required; college degree or some college education strongly preferred

● High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

● 1 year of customer service experience
