Position: Patient Representative
Duties: Performs patient registration and customer service functions. Collects patient information and enters information into computer system for patients seeking service from the majority of the Hospital Departments.
Hours: Full Time, Various Shifts. Flexibility and weekend shifts required.
Salary: Rates beginning at $16.50 per hour with increments based on experience and $.75 float incentive.
Required Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Required: Minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Required: 1-year customer service experience in a healthcare specific environment
- Preferred: 2 years of medical registration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Proficiency in medical terminology preferred
- Possess strong organizational, interpersonal relationship and communication skills
- Multitasking abilities a must
- Proof of COVID-19 full vaccination or applicable exemption required
