The Patient Services Coordinator II greets and registers patients upon their arrival to the Center for Perioperative Care (CPC). They assist patients and visitors by answering questions, providing directions, and updating them about scheduling changes.
- Welcomes patients and family members to the unit in a professional and timely manner
- Demonstrates empathy and understanding when engaged in face-to-face or phone communications
- Professionally handles requests and ensures issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and positively with patients, family members, and clinical staff
- Supports Nurse Director with payroll using software programs
- Demonstrates initiative to address and resolve issues and to complete tasks
Qualifications - External
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
