Lutheran Life Communities is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team!

The Payroll Analyst will oversee the running of payroll on a bi-weekly basis to ensure timely payment to all team members.

Sign-on $2,500.00

Payroll Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the running of payroll and OSHA reporting
  • Provide reports regarding deductions, overtime, and payroll tax
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of timesheets and entry of data for Lutheran Life Communities locations.
  • Analyze reports from new HRIS systems to maximize revenue efficiency.
  • Assist with the W2 process at year end.
  • Provide management with biweekly overtime reports, deduction reports, quarterly and year end financial reports and payroll tax returns as requested.
  • Maintain organized records to support all entries in payroll and provides complete information to auditors as requested.

Payroll Analyst requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3 years of experience in payroll for multiple locations
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Working knowledge of Wage and Hour rules
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word and the ability to utilize multiple HRIS systems
  • Work schedule may include working morning, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
