Payroll / Billing Coordinator - Hybrid - Parsippany, NJ

We specialize in permanent placement of Nursing, Health Information Management (HIM), Rehabilitation, Managed Care, Allied Health Care Professionals and Physicians as well as temporary placement and Travel Nurse assignments.
Summary:
- The Payroll/Billing Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of payroll processing for RCM.
- Incumbent is responsible to promote and maintain the principles of and responsibilities related to Responsible Care within his/her assigned areas of responsibility.
Job Overview:
- Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Responsible for interpreting and processing weekly provider timesheets
- Responsible for reporting payroll issues
- Responsible for processing weekly or monthly client invoices
- Responsible for reporting billing issues
- Answer provider’s payroll inquiries either by phone/email
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills, ability to process large quantities of data
- General Computer Skills
- Detail-Oriented Individual
- Good Organization Skills
- Quick Learner (will be trained on data-entry programs)
- Experience with billing and payroll is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
