Payroll Coordinator Job at Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc.
Overview:Coastal Waste & Recycling is experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are a locally owned and operated Florida-based solid waste and recycling, hauling, and disposal company and are currently adding a Payroll Coordinator to help support this growth.
Responsibilities:The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Weekly payroll processing, to include calculating OT for day rate, rates for incentive pay employees, PTO, and holiday pay
- Processing new hires and terminated employees
- Processing pay changes
- Assigning and administering PTO plans
Qualifications:The qualified candidate will be very organized and detail-oriented, have excellent data entry skills, and have solid computer skills. You will regularly be using ADP, Concur, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
