Responsibilities
· Conduct training and education for the team
· Reporting, auditing and other responsibilities related to maintaining payroll accuracy
· 401K verify upload to administrator submissions
· This position requires 30% travel around the state of Florida
· Maintain employee confidence through regular communication
· Vendor benefits (Medical, dental, life & cafeterias) statements audited
· Other accounting related tasks as Manager requires
Qualifications
· Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
· Attention to detail and organized
· Confidentiality/Integrity
· Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
· Payroll software experience
· Accurate Reporting Skills
· Good Written, Verbal and Organizational Skills
