PCA - Patient Care Assistant Job at AmeriBest Home Care, Inc.

BASIC PURPOSE:
Provide personal care services to patients in their place of residence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform or assist patients with personal care activities as prescribed in the plan of care, including but not limited to hygiene, mobility, med reminders, environmental assessments, and other activities of daily living.
- Respect the autonomy and right to the confidentiality of all patients and families.
- Document care provided and the response of the patient/family. Submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
- Use supplies and equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Interact with all staff in a positive fashion supporting AmeriBest Home Care’s mission and vision.
