Pediatric Dental Front Desk Receptionist Job at Newport Pediatric Dentistry
Hi!
Our close-knit pediatric dental practice is growing and needs another detail oriented person for our front office.
Minimum one year xperience in a dental setting is required. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have dental experience..
Multiple years of customer care experience is required.
Must enjoy working with others, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multi-task with phone/ computer skills will excel at this job!
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Checking patients in and out
- 'engineering' the schedule
- Answering multi-lined phone and responding to emails
- Presenting treatment plan, be able to explain
- Payments and billing
- Understanding dental insurance, running eligibility verification
- Open Dental and bilingual are a plus but not required!
This is a full time position.
We offer great compensation, medical/dental, PTO. Pay is DOE.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
