Role:- Testing Analyst
Location:- ORRVILLE, Ohio (Remote)
Duration:- 12 months
PROJECT STATEMENT: An integrated and agile workflow solution that enables our ability to bring products to market.
BUSINESS OBJECTIVE:
Within the JMS AIRE Application on the Pega Platform:
Project managers will perform most of their work in Pega
Timelines will only be managed in Pega
Automate the timeline (process) per project scope and reduce the need to force fit a project into a pre-defined template
Minimize redundancy and rework
Allow for Adhoc addition, removal, and/or modification of tasks
Intuitive, easy-to-use UI
Meaningful notifications
Agile/flexible model (ability to bypass tasks)
Dashboards & Reporting
DETAILED REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a role as a functional tester
- Experience writing and executing test scripts
- Able to interpret functional requirements and business process flows
- Experience working on an Agile project implementation
- Capable of working with IS and Business team members to develop test scripts and ensure defects are worked to completion
- Strong understanding of different types/phases of testing
NICE TO HAVE:
- Understanding of CPG or Manufacturing Industry
- Experience working in Agile work management tools such as Agile Studio
- Pega Platform Testing
- Experience using Postman for testing purposes
- TDD/Automation Experience
SKILLS:
- Pega Platform
- Test script creation, execution, and management
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
