DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
R ec rui t m e nt & Onboarding
  • In partnership with Corporate HR, manages recruiting efforts that align with the Company’s human capital needs.
  • Assist with interviewing and selecting employees with Hiring Managers to fill vacant positions
  • Prepares New Hire Information
  • Oversees onboarding for new employees
  • Manages and coordinates an effective New Hire Orientation
  • Develop new Job Descriptions with management
HR Analysis and Information M anag e m e nt
  • Leads HR system implementations as the main contact and project manager in partnership with Corporate HR and Company leadership
  • Ensures that information presented by various areas of the company is current
  • Manages and maintains the HR systems; accurately enters new hire critical information, i.e., salary, title, location, reporting manager, changes to benefits, salary, etc.
  • Maintains integrity of recordkeeping for all employees
  • Ensures that audit trail reports are prepared and maintained
  • Manages all employee changes and ensures they are updated appropriately
  • Runs data verification, queries, and reports on demand
E m ploy e e R e la t ions
  • Handles employee relations matters, including new hire 90-day check-ins, performance improvement plan development, investigations, terminations, and exit interviews
  • Work closely with human capital to establish and implement company culture and employee engagement initiatives
L e gal C ompliance & Po l icy D e ve lopm e nt
  • Implements new Corporate approaches, policies, and procedures and tailors changes to affect continual improvement in the efficiency of department and service performed on the Company level
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assists with legal matters and filings and escalate to Corporate HR when required

  • Partners with Epic HR and Company management team to develop and maintain the performance management process
  • Research and build bonus and commission structures pertinent to role and department of employees
  • Develop and coordinates Training Initiatives

  • Liaison between Company leadership and Corporate HR
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience performing professional-level human resources duties.
  • SHRM/HRCI Certification preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong Organizational, resourcefulness, project management and communication skills are necessary.
  • Former generalist with solid experience in managing and HR administration
  • Federal and State employment compliance laws; i.e. HIPAA, FSLA, FMLA, COBRA, Workers' Compensation
  • Strong experience in recruiting for non-exempt and exempt levels, managing simple and complex employee relations issues.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and innovative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing and growing environment
  • Experienced user of payroll and HRIS systems
  • Fosters an environment that upholds company core values.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Maintains a working knowledge of company products and services

Pay rate: $90,000 - $100,000
