Per Diem Speech Therapist
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our rehab staff on a per diem basis to cover vacations, busy times of the year, and a maternity leave in the spring of 2023.
Primary responsibility is to conduct screenings and evaluations of residents to determine the need for intervention and treatment. This individual will coordinate treatment plans with resident, family and other team members; Participate in discharge planning; develops appropriate home or community programming in accordance with plan of care; and other duties as needed.
Must have current Massachusetts SLP license in good standing. Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus. Must be fully COVID vaccinated including Booster (per DPH requirements).
