Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacist in Coos Bay, OR

Salary

• Hourly Range: $50.00 - $70.00

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
• Current Oregon Pharmacist license
• Completion of ASHP accredited residency or minimum of 3 years of relevant hospital experience
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) certification through Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS), or other relevant BPS certification preferred

Position Summary

• Responsible and accountable for the provision of broad range of inpatient and outpatient pharmaceutical care services to ensure safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy.
• Provides support of centralized and decentralized services and delivers optimal medication therapy to patients with a broad range of disease states.
• May require off-site travel.
