Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a RN for a Clinical Care Manager in a Dialysis Clinic in McKees Rocks, PA

Salary

• Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)

Requirements

• RN license in Pennsylvania
• Twelve (12) months of experience in nursing.
• Six (6) months of experience in nursing care of the patient with permanent kidney failure or undergoing transplant, including training in and experience with the dialysis process.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Special Skills

• BSN preferred.
• At least three to five years’ experience in both clinical and management of an ESRD facility preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow staff members.

Position Summary

• This is a Full-Time position in a healthcare facility which is open based on patient and operational needs.
• Rotating shifts, periodic travel, as well as holidays and work during inclement weather and emergency situations will be required.
• Performs professional supervisory nursing practice, as well as clinic operational and financial management, in providing care and services to dialysis patients.
• Responsible for overall control and oversight of facility operations.
• Monitors and manages overall performance of staff members including issuing disciplinary action, performance reviews, annual increases and promotions.
• Conducts interviews of new staff members, makes employment offers, and negotiates salaries with approval from RVP.
