Does the “farmhouse” look your favorite style for a home? A trendy family-owned home goods manufacture is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant in North Hollywood, CA. In this role, you will use your diverse skillset and excellent communication skills to liaise regularly with internal employees, house staff and third-party individuals. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience work in both EA/PA duties and thrives in a work environment that constantly keeps you on your toes.

Responsibilities:
Assist owner with the business and his day-to-day activities
Assist with basic bookkeeping or accounting (AP, AR, billing, expense reports)
Administrative support in scheduling and coordinate internal and external meeting
Provide general office administrative services and support
Answer calls and provide basic services
Coordinate travel arrangements, which include flights, car service, dinner reservations, etc
Arrange meetings, take notes, prepare memos and follow up on actions as required
Order supplies
Retrieve and greeting guests/deliveries
Assist with personal work/activity at home
Assist with special projects as needed; pro-actively anticipate work assignments whenever possible
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree preferred
5 years of administrative experience
MUST BE polished, professional and friendly
MUST BE COMFORTABLE AROUND KIDS (smallest of all the needs he has)
Light bookkeeping or accounting - Just managing the credit cards both personal and business
Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred
