Depending on your level of experience, the term "Personal Banker," may not mean much to you.

We're looking for:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience
• People with a desire to learn and who truly enjoy helping others
• Ability to receive your NMLS registration within 90 days of your start date (we'll help you determine this)
• Ability to work M-F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM & rotating Saturdays 8:30-12:30 (hours may vary depending on location and staffing need)

Bonus points if:

• You're bilingual
• You have experience recommending products and services based on customer needs

A typical day as a UMB Personal Banker:

• Processing standard customer account maintenance and branch transactions, such as address changes, check cashing, deposits and withdrawals
• Collaborating with internal partners, such as small business officers, mortgage officers, private wealth managers and more
• Reaching out to customers across your community to create and expand relationships
• Participating in continuous education and training, empowering you to meet you individual performance goals
