Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Aide (PCA):

• High School diploma or GED
• Completion of a state-approved CNA or PCA certification training course
• Must be able to pass Virginia State Police background check
• In-home care and Assisted Living Facility experience a plus
