Canine Cabana of Riverview, FL is looking to hire a full-time Pet Care Customer Service Representative with a can-do attitude. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PET CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
In this Pet Care Customer Service Representative role, we rely on you to keep our customers and their pets feeling comfortable and confident while ensuring our operations flow smoothly! You are efficient and diligent when taking reservations, answering questions, and resolving concerns in person, online, and over the phone. In addition to working closely with our pet parents, you are sure to keep all data and records up to date and accurate. At the end of the day, you enjoy getting to interact with a wide range of customers and their furry friends!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior call center/customer service experience
- Data entry experience
- Must love dogs
- Willing and able to keep an open schedule including holidays
