Seeking Experienced Phlebotomists for Clinical Trial Patient Home Visits

Hawthorne Effect, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for experienced Phlebotomists to join our growing HERO community and network of clinicians who bring the clinical trial assessment to patients anytime, anywhere. We are looking for Heroes to support home visits in specific regions for the Omada Health clinical trial.

About the Omada Health Randomized Controlled Trial

The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of an integrated solution, defined as a combination of the Abbott FreeStyle Libre 14-day CGM sensor and the Omada care team’s receipt of real-time, continuous glucose data from the sensor and incorporation of this data into their care delivery within the context of the Omada for Diabetes program for adults with Type 2 Diabetes

The role of the HERO Phlebotomist role and responsibilities:

• Complete home visits that require timed blood draw collections
• Local and regional visits may require some travel (within identified region)
• Patient education and engagement

The visit assessments consists of:

• Excellent phlebotomy skills

Requirements:

• PBT-ASCP
• Valid state driver's license, car registration/insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Pass a background check
• Willingness to travel
• Availability to visit patients on a short notice

• Albuquerque, NM
• Portland, OR
• New Harmony, UT
• Biloxi, MS
