Our outpatient practice in Wilmington, MA is growing and we want to add the right Physical Therapist that will bring positive energy to our experienced and collaborative team.
We are a privately owned and operated practice driven to provide patients with the highest level of care. Our expertise is in outpatient Physical Therapy with emphasis in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, return to sport and injury prevention.

Our ideal candidate would be an individual who is self motivated, team-oriented and open to collaborative treatments, and has a background or knowledge in the Strength and Conditioning field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
• Develop Plan of Care using a variety of treatment techniques
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
• Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consult and practice with other health professionals
• Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
• Document patient care services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist
• Intensive education and clinical expertise
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
• Drive to continually learn and grow
• Professional behavior
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid license to practice physical therapy in MA
• Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
