Physical Therapist

Full-Time/ Part-Time

Seeking a full time or part time Physical Therapist to be involved in the examination, treatment, and instruction of patients. They will detect, assess, prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability and pain from injury and disease. This includes the administration, interpretation, and evaluation of tests and measurements of bodily functions and structures; the planning, administration, evaluation, modification of treatment and instruction; measurements of the musculoskeletal function and structure. Also include the use of physical measures, activities and devices, for therapeutic purposes; the provision of consultative, educational and other advisory services for reducing the incidence and severity of physical disability and pain.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy.
  • Currently certified as a Physical Therapist and having passed the National Physical Therapy Exam.
  • Current Arizona State License to practice Physical Therapy.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification (AHA BLS)
  • Commitment to quality care and current knowledge by documented attendance at continuing educational program, at least 20 hours every 2 years.
  • Physical capabilities to fulfill job expectations.
