GHR is seeking A Home Health Physical Therapists (PT) for the Center City and North Philadelphia with the Leading Healthcare System in PA.
Schedule:
· Full Time assignment with option to extend
· Monday-Friday, 5-6 visits/day, no weekends
· Flexible scheduling
· Covers Center City and North Philadelphia areas
Salary: $60/hour based on experience
*We pay hourly, not per visit
Job Description:
· Documentation System: Epic
· Equipment provided: laptops, clinician bag includes PPE.
· Use of own cell phone
Requirements:
· Valid PA Physical Therapy license
· 2+ years of experience, preferred
· Home care experience, preferred
