The Opportunity:

We are looking for physical therapists who are looking to sharpen their hands-on manual therapy skills and provide quality patient care. Our team of experienced physical therapists specialize in a variety of manual physical therapy techniques and hold advanced certifications in multiple physical therapy specialties including; orthopedic certified specialist, vestibular specialist, and applied functional science. Cases are generally orthopedic, post-op, neuro, deconditioning and gait training. Physical therapists are given the autonomy to determine the best course of interventions to gain effective outcomes and appropriately discharge planning.

Our mentorship program is designed to mentor experienced and less experienced physical therapists to become independent problem solvers and establish the key factors in effective clinical decision making for their patients.

Physical therapy clinical directors work closely with the physical therapists to do look-in sessions, group meetings with teams, course work development, clinical guidelines, protocols, documentation and coding assistance.
