Position: Clinic Director – Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Bend, Oregon
Experience: 3+ Years of Outpatient Orthopedic Experience w/ Management Experience Preferred

We Are Seeking:
Rebound Physical Therapy is searching for a full time, experienced Clinic Director specializing in orthopedic and sports medicine for an immediate hire date in Bend, Oregon.

Clinic Director Responsibilities:
Ensuring excellent patient care and clinical outcomes
Overseeing staff management and development
Maintaining a positive work environment and fun clinic vibe
Marketing clinic services, and maintaining of referral resources
Controlling costs, clinic operations and profitability

Qualifications:
3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience with advanced certification / specialty certification preferred
Management experience is preferred but mentoring will be available.
Excellent outpatient orthopedic experience and comfortable treating spine conditions
Exceptional manual therapy skills
Independent and confident with exceptional work ethic
Have a fun, positive and energetic personality
Current state of Oregon PT license or eligible for Oregon licensure

About Rebound Physical Therapy:
Rebound Physical Therapy is a well-respected, progressive, therapist-owned practice with ten clinics located throughout Central Oregon. Our practice specializes in orthopedics, sports medicine and spine care, and we are official PT providers for the US Ski and Snowboard Team. Our therapists have extensive experience and training in their respective areas of specialty.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
