Salus Homecare is a Premium Home Health company that is rapidly expanding and growing in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs areas! We are currently hiring for an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team!
This position is Per Diem to start but will move to Full Time as census builds.
These are W2 positions, 1099 will not be considered.
Visit Rates are as follows: Admission Evaluation/Resumption of care with Oasis: $130.00 per visit, Discharge with Oasis: $110.00 per visit without Oasis: $90.00 per visit, Recertification/Re-evaluation: $110.00 per visit, Evaluation without Oasis: $110.00 per visit, Routine Visit: $90.00 per visit, Telephone Discharge: $20.00, Hourly rate for orientation, training, and meetings: $40.00.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
Salus Home Health requires that all employees be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus (Both primary vaccines and Booster). If you are offered and accept a position, your employment will be contingent upon proof of vaccination, or approved medical or religious accommodation. Proof of vaccination will be required during the onboarding process. Although Salus Home Health will consider medical/religious exemption, our patients and/or facility partners may require full COVID-19 vaccination. In many cases we cannot guarantee employment without being fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed PT in CA
- Home Health Experience is preferred
- Oasis Experience a Plus!
- At least 1 year of PT experience
