Physician Job Summary:

JPCHC is seeking an outpatient Family Medicine MD/DO physician to join our Castleton Health Center. This position provides the opportunity to join an established, collegial practice delivering high quality healthcare. The ideal candidates will have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.

The provider will have the support of a care team which includes both clinical and in-house social support services for the patient, allowing you to focus on patient care. JPCHC is a collaborative office known as a pillar of care in Marion County.

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified (ABFM) or Board Eligible (ABFM) in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
