OB/GYN Physician Job Summary:

JPCHC is seeking a qualified OB/GYN physician to join the Anderson Family Practice. This position provides the opportunity to join an established, collegial practice delivering high quality healthcare. The ideal candidates will have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.

The provider will have the support of in-house wrap-around services including Outreach Specialists, Care Managers, and Patient Care Coordinators. JPCHC is a collaborative office known as a pillar of care in Madison County.

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified (ACOG) or Board Eligible (ACOG) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
