Seeking full-time board certified/board eligible outpatient family medicine/internal medicine physician (MD/DO) for busy Porter Medical Center-managed outpatient practice located in Vergennes, Vermont.
- Full-time physician with strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.
- Innovative primary care, office currently working on redesigning the care delivery model to better align with Value Based Care as well as a renewed focus on Population Health and Whole Person Care
- Strong, experienced ancillary staff.
- Busy family practice located in Vergennes, Vermont, serving all age groups.
- EMR: Epic
- Practice is highly respected.
- UVM Health Network Affiliated Practice with opportunity for physician to be involved in education.
- Employed physician with UVMHN full benefit package.
- Opportunity to have a regular rotation supporting Helen Porter Nursing Home
